Instructions for Use
Before first use, wash with warm water without soap or detergent. Soak in lukewarm water for at least 4 hours, up to overnight, and use before completely dry.
For direct-flame cooking, start with low heat and increase gradually. A heat diffuser is recommended. For baking, place the filled dish in a cold oven and heat gradually. Avoid sudden temperature changes and allow it to cool on a potholder or dish towel.
Care and Compatibility
Suitable for ovens, wood-burning ovens, gas stoves, microwaves, and grills. Do not use on electric or glass-top stoves. Hand washing is recommended; avoid soap and detergent to help preserve the terracotta. Dry thoroughly and store in a well-ventilated area.
