Instructions for Use

Before first use, immerse the dishes in water for 8 hours. For direct-flame cooking, use a flame at least as wide as the dish, start with low heat, and increase gradually. Avoid sudden temperature changes and never place an empty dish over a flame.

Suitable for microwave use, gas and electric stoves, gas and electric ovens, and wood-burning ovens. Not suitable for induction cooktops.
