Vintage inspired by an old 19th century company - with Coppermill Kitchen's tweaks this design came to life, and they created this heavy hammered 2.5mm thick saute.
The saute features a brass handle fastened with copper rivets to the front for easier handling, a heavy substantial brass handle, - note the flourshed design where it is secured with copper rivets - and a matching brass handle with the same flourished design to each end attached to the lid.
Both pan and lid are included and stamped with logo. Saute is made in Italy and includes a hammered finish.
Comprised of antique copperware treasures sourced in historic European towns, as well as new copperware designed with an expert eye for detail, each piece has a story to tell - and will be cherished for generations to come.
Dimensions of saute are 10.25"Diameter x 3"Deep x 21"L with handle. Saute holds 3.75 Quarts. Care instructions come with the piece.
